FAQ

Q When will I receive my first weather report?
A. If you are signed up to Daily then you will receive this tomorrow morning. If you requested On Demand this will be instant.

Q Can I change the time without receiving two weather reports?
A. Yes.

Q Can I have two reports for the same phone number?
A. Yes. You can sign up for more than one location, however you cannot receive more than one report each day for each location.

Q My town does not appear in the drop down list. Is it available?
A. We only offer this service for the towns we currently have a forecast for.
